My Tracking Isn't Working — What Should I Do?
Don't worry! Here are some common reasons tracking may not show updates:
- Too soon: Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
- In transit: Packages in international transit sometimes don't update for several days while moving between facilities.
- Customs hold: Your package may be temporarily held at customs in your country. This is normal and usually resolves within a few days.
